We have set out to recapture, restore
and reaffirm the essence and courage of
Black male
leadership. It is our resolve to uplift, motivate
and inspire Black men and male youth to commit
themselves to the highest levels of family and
community life.
The war zones are
not abroad, but they exist in American cities, public schools, State
and City jails/prisons, and in the minds of far too many policemen,
public officials, and prison guards. We have lost far too many of
our wonderful sons.
Educate: To provide
Black fathers with a greater understanding and
appreciation of their roles in their homes and
communities, and to share valuable local and national
educational resources with fathers.
Each issue will present useful and critical information.
